How to report a missing restaurant, outdated menu category, broken official link or questionable claim on AllMenus.

What can be reported

Please report a restaurant listing whose official link no longer works, a menu example that appears to have been removed, a factual error, misleading wording, an accessibility issue or a guide that needs clarification. We also welcome suggestions for additional UK restaurant chains supported by credible official sources.

Information that makes a correction useful

Include the AllMenus page URL, the exact sentence or section you want us to review, a brief explanation, and a direct official source where possible. If the issue concerns a local price, provide the location, order channel, item size, date and evidence of the quote. Avoid sending sensitive personal or payment details.

Our review method

We assess reports against reliable information, preferably the restaurant’s own current website. If a claim is not supported, we may revise, qualify or remove it. When a change is substantial we update the relevant editorial check record only after performing a genuine check, not simply to make the page look fresh.

What we do not promise

We cannot confirm every branch’s stock, prices, opening hours or allergen procedures. We do not offer guaranteed response times or live menu monitoring. For a time-sensitive food safety or order issue, contact the restaurant directly.

How to submit a report

Select “Report a menu error” on the contact form, include the details above and submit once the site owner has enabled mail delivery. A successful form response means the configured server accepted the message for sending; it is not a guarantee of delivery or a decision on the correction.
